Client Service Representative: Mary Kay

Mary Kay joined the SVH team in September 2018 as a CSR and has had past experience working in both human and veterinary medicine. Mary Kay graduated from Robert Morris University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has been breeding and showing Bull Terriers for the past 12 years, from which she has developed friendships with her fellow breeders and co-owners. Mary Kay and her husband Dave have 3 bull terriers Erma, Rizzo and Bella. Mary Kay enjoys spending time attending dog shows, breeding and hiking with her dogs.

Client Service Representative:  Eric

Eric joined the SVH team in December 2020 to continue a lifelong passion for animal welfare. He was a volunteer and community coordinator at Altered Tails, (a TNR organization) and then as an adoption counselor and volunteer coordinator for the Arizona Animal Welfare League, the oldest no-kill shelter in the state.

Eric relocated to Pittsburgh in 2014 and continued his humane interests by working for Animal Friends in various capacities. First, as an adoption counselor, then as a member of the development team, and finally as Pets for Vets Coordinator- adopting animals to Veterans with symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression. Outside of work Eric loves the company of his extended Pittsburgh family and special needs dog, Shaina Lu Lu. There hasn’t been a day in his life without animals.

At Sewickley Veterinary Hospital - it is clear from the start, how much spirit and passion is provided to each and every client and their pets every day.

Certified Veterinary Technician (Manager): Haley

Haley is a Certified Veterinary Technician that joined our team in September of 2018 and serves as our managing technician. She obtained her A.A.S in Veterinary Technology in western New York. Haley accepted a position in High-Volume Spay and Neuter at Animal Friends before seeking a change of pace. Watching the new puppies and kittens grow up is her favorite part of being a Sewickley Veterinary Hospital team member. She has two cats of her own, Tulip and Maddox, who are both rescues from Animal Friends. When Haley is not at work, she is often found playing volleyball or reading a good book.
